Ducast Factory LLC was founded in 1996 in Dubai, UAE, and is a leading producer of municipality and engineering castings. We are pioneers in ductile casting in the GCC, with an annual production capacity of over 18,000 MT. Today, we serve markets across the UK, USA, Europe, and the MENA region.
We are certified with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ADNOC ICV, with key product lines KITEMARKED by the British Standards Institution (BSI). Our advanced facilities can produce castings from 0.5 KG to 1 Ton in any form, grade, or shape, tailored to client needs.
Since 2022, we operate from a modern foundry in Abu Dhabi’s KIZAD, equipped with cutting-edge Greensand and No-Bake moulding systems, CNC machining centers, and licensed 3D modeling software for tooling. Our in-house laboratories ensure strict chemical, mechanical, metallurgical, and sand testing, guaranteeing consistent quality and innovation.
